CLS Gel Builder Gel Our can be applied as a two or three step system. It must be cured for 60 seconds under LED lamp or 2 minutes under UV lamp. Followed by a topcoat cured for 60/120 seconds under LED Lamp. We advise to use CLS Base Coat and Top Coat for best results.
